How do I get to Home Farm Retreat?

Home Farm is located less than 2 miles from the M1 and just over 4 miles from the M6, between villages of Cotesbach and Shawell.

The easiest way to us is to turn towards Shawell off the A426; we are then ½ mile away on the right. If you wish to locate us by postcode, it is LE17 4HR (although this will only bring you the correct road).

Is there EV charging points?

Yes, there are EV chargers located at the parking spaces of each of the properties and a couple in the parking area for the shepherds' huts yurt.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi throughout all of the accommodation.

Are toiletries provided?

Each property has hand wash, body wash, body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner.

Is bed linen provided?

Bed linen, towels, and robes are provided in all of our accommodations.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are welcome in most of our properties; however, we do keep a few shepherds' huts dog-free for anyone with allergies.

Is there laundry facilities?

Each of the barns has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
